Someone once offered me a penny for my thoughts. I told him my thoughts were worth at least a dime. I tried to calculate how much money I could possibly earn from all of the thoughts and ponderings that take place within my mind. Writing for me is a survival mechanism - I have to dump the consistent stream of thoughts out on a regular basis, otherwise there's a traffic jam and my brain confuses ideas with reality. And while that isn't such a bad thing, it does cause me to deeply ponder and question the mundane...Did I feed the birds? Did I brush my teeth? What day is today? Recording my observations can lead to thought provoking and stimulating conversation. I hope some of my thoughts will stimulate you to have your own. If you do, share them with someone. OR, better yet, write them down.
